Required New Hire Orientation Training
- Day 1: Agency Mission/Handbook, Recovery, Diversity, Compliance, Accreditation, & Innovations/CAP Competencies (6 hours)
- Day 2: NCI – A & B (8 hours)
- Day 3: CPR/First Aid and OSHA, Safe Driving, Workplace Violence, & Safe Lifting (6 hours)
- Day 4: Med Admin as scheduled w/ the RN (4 hours)
Required Ongoing Training
Annual Missions Training: (4 hours) This training is required to be completed by all employees during the first month of the quarter in which you began working for the agency – January, April, July or October.
- NCI – A & B: This training must be updated EVERY YEAR before the current certificate expires.
- CPR: This training must be updated EVERY 2 YEARs before the current certificate expires.
- First Aid: This training must be updated EVERY 2-3 YEARS & before the current certificate expires.
- Additional Trainings Available: (Some of these trainings are required of certain roles and are optional for all other staff.)
